Retirement is often a time when people think of their future healthcare needs. At CS Healthcare, with over 85 years’ experience in protecting the health of our members, we can help put your mind at ease.
Established in 1929, we focus solely on providing health insurance for those who work or have worked in civil service, public sector and not-for-profit organisations – it’s what we do best and one of the reasons we were voted ‘Most Trusted Health Insurance Provider’ in the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2017.
As a UK-based friendly society, we exist entirely for the benefit of our members. Our health insurance plans are designed to meet different needs and budgets to ensure you receive specialist care at a location which is convenient for you; providing you and your family with reassurance and support during what may already be a stressful or anxious time.

The Lifeboat Fund was founded in 1866 by a group of civil servants who decided to fund a much needed lifeboat for the RNLI. Over 150 years later the charity still seeks to raise funds from existing and retired civil servants to support the work of the RNLI.
The Lifeboat Fund is proud of its position as the RNLI's longest-serving supporter and also one of its biggest single contributors. The Fund is still solely run by existing and retired civil servants on a voluntary basis and is our way of showing how much Civil Service pensioners (and serving staff) value the selfless volunteers who save lives at sea.
